SHIPPING

I aim to process all orders within 5 business days, however as my products are made to order this can sometimes take longer depending on demand and availability.

 

​Please check all details are correct in your confirmation email and let me know of any errors as soon as possible using the Contact page.

 

  • FREE Delivery to addresses within Lymm

  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £80

  • Standard Delivery £4.50 on orders under £80

  • Sorry but I currently ship to the UK only

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.​ You should then receive your order within 2-5 business days.

 

​While I do everything possible to make sure you receive your order promptly, I cannot be held responsible for any late or failed delivery due to circumstances beyond my control.

RETURNS

​

I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order on arrival and inform me immediately if there are any issues.

 

To start a return or highlight an issue, please use the Contact page. Please do not send any items back to me without first requesting a return. I will issue a returns form with instructions on how to proceed. 

 

Please note:

  • ​Items eligible for return must be deemed fit for resale

  • Items that have been worn or washed will not be accepted

  • Items must be in their original condition with labels and packaging intact

  • ​I do not offer refunds on clearance items

I recommend you send your items using a tracking service or obtain proof of postage as the returning items remain your responsibility until they reach me.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately I can not offer exchanges. Please return the item you have, then once the refund has been issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

Once I've received and inspected your returned items I will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method as soon as your return has been approved.
